Solvent-free, two-component epoxy resin bonding agent

WILLPOX^® 100 is a solvent-free, two component reactant on an epoxy resin basis, with its adapted reactivity and the mechanical parameters of cured coatings being especially suited for sewer pipe renovation using the liner method. It is resistant to ambient moisture and exhibits a long pot life and a good curing speed when heated.

Processing

The component A (resin) and B (curing agent) are processed in a mixing ratio of 100 g (resin): 25 g (hardener). Tip the curing agent into the resin component and ensure that the curing agent component is entirely emptied out. Then stir the entire mixture very thoroughly with a mechanical stirrer at a max. speed of 500 rpm (slow running drill with a stirring paddle attached). It is absolutely necessary that mixing also takes from the sides and bottom, so that the curing agent is also distributed vertically. Stir until the mixture is homogeneous (approx. 3 minutes). Do not process outside the delivery package. After mixing, transfer into a clean container and stir again carefully. When mixed, the temperature of the two components must be at least 15°C.
