Flexible one-component resin for gap injection
Product description
WILLSTOP® Flex is a dark brown water-reactive liquid. The final product is characterized by high flexibility and elasticity. When it comes into contact with water, it expands and quickly cures to a tough, flexible, closed-cell polyurethane foam. The reactivity depends on temperature and the amount of accelerator WILLADD® Flex.

Processing
By appropriate addition of the catalyst, the resin setting speed can be adjusted to meet the requirements of temperature and processing time. Stir catalyst in an appropriate amount into the resin. Start injection with the mixed material.
