Enhancing Cement with Polyurethane for Fast, Water-Resistant Sealing.

In highly water-bearing or unstable rock formations — such as in tunnel and mining applications — pure cement suspensions are often insufficient. They are washable, slow to react, and lose their effectiveness under water pressure.

Combining them with WILLPUR^® WI or WILLPUR^® WX creates a hybrid mortar that combines cement volume with the fast, washout-resistant reaction of PU resin. The resin content is precisely dosed using modern pumping technology and flexibly adjusted depending on water ingress.
