Filling injection hoses

Targeted joint sealing with acrylate, epoxy, and PU resins.

Injection hoses are used as a targeted measure for the subsequent sealing of construction joints in building construction and civil engineering—for example, between bases and walls or in tunnel joints. Depending on the type of joint and the condition of the structure, different reaction resins are suitable for grouting.

With WILLGEL® PRO, a low-viscosity, easily distributable acrylate gel, even the finest areas in the joint can be filled evenly – it can be injected multiple times and is flexible in terms of gel time. WILLPOX® 7147, an epoxy resin-based product, is used for force-fit grouting, for example in structurally loaded joints. WILLPUR® CL, a moisture-tolerant PU system, is ideal for water-bearing joints that require elastic sealing.
