What we expect
During your training, you will not only gain insights – you will gain confidence. You will be closely involved, learn our processes in detail and have the opportunity to help shape them.
You will pass through all central areas of the company:
• Commercial processing & sales – you will learn about all processes and actively support them
• Research & development
• Product management – You will support the project manager and have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas
• Finance and accounting – You will gain insights into financial accounting and learn the basics of bookkeeping
• You will deepen your theoretical knowledge at the Konrad Klepping Vocational College in Dortmund

• You will take on responsibility early on – with support, not on your own.
• You will receive regular feedback and have mentors to guide you.
• You can develop your talents further – in your final year, you will specialise in your favourite area.
• If your performance is good, it is possible to shorten the training period.
Fair & above-average remuneration (as of 2025):
• €1,100 in the 1st year of training
• €1,250 in the 2nd year of training
• €1,500 in the 3rd year of training
Your skills
Who we are looking for: People with heart, attitude and initiative.
You don't need a perfect CV – just genuine interest and personality.
• You have successfully completed your secondary education
• You are interested in business, organisation and people
• You enjoy working with numbers and are interested in commercial processes
• You are reliable, curious and like to contribute your own ideas
• Initial experience with MS Office is helpful – as is a good command of English
• A driving licence is not a must – but a plus for future external appointments
