Chemical-Technical Assistant (m/f/d) – Part-Time (20–30 hrs/week)

For our Dortmund location, we are looking for a dedicated support professional in the field of laboratory work and quality assurance.

What we expect
- Conducting chemical-analytical tests, including sample preparation and documentation
- Developing new products, performing test series, and creating samples
- Independent quality control of raw materials and finished products
- Testing our products according to defined quality criteria
- Organizing, conducting, and documenting recurring inspections
- Analyzing quality deviations and initiating and monitoring corrective actions
- Evaluation and statistical analysis of test results
- Maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs of laboratory equipment and apparatus
Your skills
- Completed training as a CTA (Chemical-Technical Assistant), chemical laboratory technician, chemical technician, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, some professional experience in a chemical environment (e.g., construction chemicals)
- Passion for chemistry, technology, and innovative products
- Structured, careful, and independent working style
- Strong organizational skills with a solution- and quality-oriented mindset
- Good German language skills (spoken and written); English skills are an advantage
- Solid technical understanding and affinity for data and systems
- Team spirit, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
