What we expect
As Managing Director (m/f/d), you will assume overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the company.
This includes in particular:
• Developing and implementing the corporate strategy in close consultation with the shareholders
• Continuing the growth path through targeted expansion in international markets
• Ensuring profitability, growth, and innovation, as well as the continuous development of the product and market portfolio
• Optimizing and further developing structures, processes, and business models
• Leading, motivating, and developing the management team and employees
• Responsibility for finance, sales, purchasing, production, human resources, and digitalization
• Representing the company to business partners, customers, suppliers, and associations
Your skills
- Degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of management experience in an innovation-driven industrial company
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strong decision-making skills, and creative drive
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, finance, and strategic management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills at national and international level
- Openness to combining technical and commercial topics
- High social competence, integrity, and role model function
- Dynamic personality with a hands-on mentality
