Product Manager (m/f/d)
Pulp-Tec is one of the leading manufacturers of moulded pulp products in Europe. We are at the forefront of creating a Circular Economy by replacing single use plastic packaging through eco-friendly recyclable pulp packaging solutions. Together with our customers we develop products from moulded pulp and realise the process from the first idea through detailed design up to the final product

What we expect
- Develop, adapt and introduce new product ranges from the first idea to the successful market introduction and beyond
- Analyse market trends, competition and customer needs to identify new opportunities
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
- Translate business needs into clear product specifications and realize them hands on
- Prioritise product requirements and manage the product lifecycle end-to-end
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, development and production to ensure successful product implementation
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies and product launches
- Track product performance and identify areas for improvement
Your skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Several years of experience in product management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of product development processes and market dynamics
- Experience in defining product strategies, roadmaps and prioritisation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- A hands-on approach and a passion for bringing ideas to fruition
- Very good written and spoken German and English
