INJECTION SYSTEM

An established technique for internal sewer rehabilitation
is the injection technique.

The injection material is injected into the pipe environment under pressure over existing or artificially enlarged leaks in a planned manner. The sealing effect takes place from the outside to the inside - primarily behind the pipe wall. In this way, existing voids and contiguous porous spaces in the bedding area can be filled. Adhesive surfaces in the pipe wall for material bonding can usually be dispensed with. The reason for this is the continuous supply of material via hose systems, which guarantees a sufficiently large quantity of injection material until the reaction begins. The injection material is subject to special hygiene requirements. Accordingly, F. Willich products are certified and approved.
