WILLBOLT®
Two-component thixotropic silicate resin for anchor support.

WILLBOLT® is an injection resin that can be used in dry, moist and wet rock. Thanks to its low reaction temperature, it can also be used in coal mines. The curing of WILLBOLT® is independent of water or moisture and when cured it is also cuttable. Under these circumstances, it is suitable for rapid sealing of water inflows in TBM tunnelling, as it does not stick the cutting wheel. WILLBOLT® as a structural, non-foaming, thixotropic consistency combined with good pumpability and high substrate adhesion. Its main application is the structural fastening of bolts and anchors in civil engineering, structural engineering and tunnelling structures. The non-swelling product develops very high mechanical strengths in a short time (about 30 minutes), allowing the tensioning of anchors in the shortest possible time and accelerating the construction phases. The material is also used to consolidate loose layers and rock formations, as well as large water-bearing cracks.

Properties:
- non-foaming and non-flammable
- immediate high viscosity when mixing both components
- immediately stiffening resin, therefore also suitable for overhead anchoring
- well suited for moisture and water bearing boreholes
Application:
- post-injection of injection drilled anchors or GRP anchors ("grout in anchor")
- pre-injection of boreholes also overhead (roof anchors - ""anchor in mortar"")
- Consolidation in dry, wet and water-bearing layers in rock or concrete
- Force-fit connection in dry condition
- Rapid stabilization work in tunnels, shafts and excavations
- Stabilization for anchorages in sheet pile walls.
