WILLGEL® SWIFT

Soft-elastic three-component hydrogel

WILLGEL® SWIFT is a three-component methacrylate-based hydrogel that cures in combination with WILLGEL® POLY in the B-component to form a highly flexible product with high flank adhesion to concrete surfaces. The product reaction time (curing) is controllable and adjustable, depending on the injectability and nature of the soil to be consolidated (e.g. temperature, size, depth of fissures and pore volume). The equipment used for acrylic gels can be cleaned with water, no special solvents are required.

Application:

  • Fog injection
  • Stabilization of the floor
  • Cavity injection, i.e. dilatation joints (used with the polymer dispersion WILLGEL® POLY in the B-Component)
  • Stopping water infiltration (set for rapid response)
  • Crack injection in concrete
  • Sealing in microtunneling
